At JC Customs LLC, every hat is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of our custom production process, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods — such as holidays, seasonal promotions, or special launches — processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, or operational delays outside of our control. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we always work diligently to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
