Return and refund policy
Because all JC Customs hats are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to sizing, style preference, or general dissatisfaction.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Requests submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement, so please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

JC Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience a shipping issue, we will do our best to guide you through the carrier’s resolution process.
